relaxation tips after relaxation tips to clear the mind

I've read articles after articles on the web that relaxation and meditation clear the mind however I still haven't found an article that I understand or a blog that I understand. See I have so much going on up in my head that meditation should be the answer however that doesn't seem to be .I have tried and I mean really tried .my mind still feels like a ball of wool being constantly rolled into the ball and I just need to unwind as the saying goes .i don't know .so as I am writing this up in still searching for an answer of how to clear the mind of all the stresses and worries and urggghhh yeah .

ahh for a woman that cant stand spiders I am petrified just to look at then let alone see them move so tonight i was at my aunt mia and I saw a spider In the bedroom I was staying in and I shouted my aunt no reply so it was time for sos what's app no reply till she finally shouted in coming up by the time she reached top of stairs I legged it out of the bed I was ment to be sleeping in and I mean MENT TO BE SLEEPING in on to the landing where I realised I only had a pj top and knickers on my aunt had her trainer at the ready as this huge spider ran across the window ledge my aunt and me got evicted from both the room I was staying in and hers because of the spider with a big chip on its shoulder with a huge ego urrrggghhhh so I am writing this knackered as anything watching out for egotistic spiders ⚠

I shall give you readers a full update soon one I've had sleep if I have had sleep 💤

helpings mia with her crazy antics and ideas x

Right readers I do really really apologise for not updating the blog the past week or so as I've been helping decorate a room from walls to new furniture and decor .so then when it was time for bed I was really shattered to write up my blog sorry readers again.the walls consisted of really really glittery wallpaper that was meant to be silver but was Lilac not a fave for me oops . And there is now a feature wall with bird wallpaper that needed to be matched up uurrggghhh *huge sigh* almost a full roll of wallpaper wasted .i watch videos on youtube on cute diy for teens bedroooms and well youtube to this day still suprises me loved all the tumblr inspired room ideas and so the diy started and music was on a constant loop what we thought was omly an hour turned out to be a few hours ,then turned into days .we would enter a shop with 1 empty trolley and get to the till with two full ready to pay ,questioning ourselves if we really should have put everything we liked "straight in our basket" when the total price was announced we said to each other next time we will only bring out a budget and leave bank cards at home aha aha . 

Basically what I'm saying is don't get carried away with YouTube videos about great room diy ,as you can get really carried away and inspired and sit at home wondering where is all this new stuff meant to go.

Cards and blackcurrant tea 🍵

Sitting with deck of cards with Mia,drinks at the ready to have a well deserved chill out . The object of the card game for us is the one who looses sevens has to spin around looking up to the ceiling with whatever card they choose out of the deck , that has been re shuffled you get the idea. Well my luck with cards was out I had to choose out of deck and got a king which means 12 I felt like my stomach was in a washing machine don't think the drinks helped at this point hehe.Mia picked out an ace which was only one that was not fair I believe she cheated .Now we got bored of cards as it seamed to make us more bordem struck .then we realised the kids left there nerf guns out aha we decided we would be undercover spies and we hid when our family member came through our door and aimed and fired aha the little foam bullet bounced of his he's back and bum aha I shouted hole in one as I aimed at his bum aha he's wasn't best pleased but me and Mia was much amused we was hysterically laughing or cackling which is how we was described oops aha.finally a friend of Mia 's called her to have a catch up on the phone we tried our hardest to convince them we didn't have a drink and we wasn't tipsy I think it worked we explained we was drinking blackcurrant tea,however the blackcurrant tea was in fact blackcurrant shots sours hehe sort of the same colour I think oh well .
so that was my night last night .

Grandparent's

I love spending quality time with the family and its time like these that value the most .whether it is watching you've been framed in the afternoons and hearing at the significant laugh or giggles roaring from my granddad and nan,they never fail to brighten my day .Or watching Mrs browns boys and suffering with sore ribs from laughing so much that we all may have ended up seeking medical help.My beyond all time faverouite time is at new year when me and my nan are all cozied up on the sofa ready for the countdown with jooles Holland on the TV. We then spend hours looking back on memories.

Getting to grips

I've been on blogger now for a couple of months now,showing my hairstyles and i think it has gone better than i thought. As i didn't think that viewers/readers would actually read or view my blog but obviously i realized they do .So here i am creating this blog page just to general blog where as my other blog page is more like a portfolio as such i am not sure as what you would call it.i am also starting a youtube channel up thanks to all you viewers/readers giving me the confidence to do something like this. I know you are probably sitting there thinking hang on she don't have that many viewers/readers so how is this a hue thing to her?. well for me having a few of you just showing interest in what i do is pleasing to know that you viewers/readers are interested in what i do .
